Shuttle Buses
Airport shuttle buses cover more than 10 routes from the airport to Hangzhou city center and over 20 routes to the cities nearby. The waiting room is located at Gate 8 of the arrival hall, and the bus starts after it is full.

- To Hangzhou East Railway Station, it takes around 30 minutes one way, and the daily operating time is from 07:30 to 01:20. Buses are available at intervals of 15 minutes between 08:30 and 22:00, and every 30 minutes otherwise. The fare is ~CN¥21 (US$3) per ticket.
- To Wulinmen (downtown Hangzhou), the journey lasts about 55 minutes and the first bus starts at 07:30. Buses are available at 15-minute intervals between 08:30 and 22:00, and at 30-minute intervals between 22:00 and 02:00. The price is ~CN¥21 (US$3).
- To Hangzhou Railway Station, it takes around 35 minutes. Buses ply at 30-minute intervals between 07:30–20:30, and the fare is ~CN¥21 (US$3) per person.
- To Ningbo, the bus journey lasts around 2 hours. Buses run from 10:20 to 20:30 daily, every 1 hour 20 minutes. The fare is around ~CN¥85 (US$12).
- To Yiwu, it is about a 2-hour journey. Buses ply between 08:40 and 23:00 at 40-minute to 1-hour intervals. The fare is ~CN¥64 (US$9).
- To Wuzhen (TongXiang), it takes around 2 hours one way. The first bus operates at 09:10 while the last bus plies at 21:10, at 30-minute to 1-hour intervals. The fare is around ~CN¥50 (US$7) per ticket.
Taxi
You can opt to take a taxi from the airport to the downtown area. The waiting area is outside the arrival hall of T3. It is a 40–50-minute ride to Wulin Square (downtown Hangzhou) at around ~CN¥142 (US$20) one way. If you wish to go to Hangzhou East Railway Station, it takes around 40 minutes and costs about ~CN¥106 (US$15) per ride.

- Check-in time: It is recommended you arrive at the airport 3 hours and 30 minutes ahead of an international flight and 2 hours before a domestic flight.
